The movie starts in New York City, where the turtles live in the sewers, training and eating pizza (of course!). But trouble is brewing when a mysterious new villain appears, threatening the city. This bad guy is powerful, sneaky, and has a dangerous plan that could put everyone in danger. The turtles must work together, using their ninja skills and brotherly bond, to stop him.
Along the way, they meet old friends like April O’Neil and Splinter, who help them in their mission. There are also some new characters who add excitement to the story. The plot is full of twists and surprises, making sure you never get bored.
