Episode Summary
In 'The Day the Violence Died,' Bart meets Chester, a homeless man who claims he invented Itchy. With sly lawyer Lionel Hutz, Chester sues and wins, accidentally bankrupting Itchy & Scratchy. Bart and Lisa then try to save their favorite cartoon. It’s a funny mix of courtroom chaos and cartoon history.
