Episode Summary
When Springfield splits into two area codes, Homer angrily leads his half to secede and becomes mayor of New Springfield. The silly feud divides friends and families until rock band The Who performs a concert that brings everyone back together. It’s a fun, chaotic, hilarious episode about neighbors learning to reunite.
