Episode Summary
In a snowy town, a lonely parole officer gets a wrong number call. He thinks it's about a valuable stamp, but his wealthy brother isn't so lucky. A confused man with a briefcase shows up, and everyone's plans go upside down. It's a very quirky, puzzling story full of surprises.
